And rohit is very much good in villain role or grey chatacter.He isn’t quite suited for positive -romanctic types

@red For me post leap writing is all over the place in terms of character perspective and more so in case of Ar (maybe because they shifted leap narrative once or twice and ended up with a not thought one, and are confused how to write him out of the mess now). Ar initial post leap narrative was that his decision was correct , Ab/ PH people seem happy without him/ pookie ( he considered himself the victim as you said) which made me think there might be a back story.. Him trying to reach out and being ignored or something.. But now the narrative seem to have changed and the victimization is not there/ reduced e. g. monologue when dv paper was signed. But Maira's truth is not being revealed and it might still take time but writing had Maira telling him about how Ab had kept presents for pookie. And his fear that Ab would take Maira away or impact of the news on Maira is not enough. Reason why I am saying writing is this inconsistency is there even for Ab writing.. Like narrative had her going to police station every 2 days, they introduced truck driver who could reveal things and Ab seem to have forgotten all abt him and police station. There are others also.

@green: i think Kv white washing had happened pre leap itself when just they turned Ar character 180 degree in a day, Kv's character was also changed in reverse as Ab supporter.

Contrary to few, I believe she will get a strong confrontation scene and even would leave when truth comes out. She won't forgive Ar easily ( even going by what has happened in the past I don't think Ab has forgiven Ar that easily except maybe on license cancellation, not including leap setup scenarios) . They can/ might take a time leap of few months to settle and sort out things.

@bold self-victimization reduced but entitlement increased, as he complained why she didn't meet him after knowing his address, even after humiliating and abandoning her or not caring about her condition, most of all after breaking their relationship he expect her to meet him? Why this entitlement? It reminded of how KP commented "us badtameez larke ko humara ehsaan mand hona chahiye" when Armaan left her.

Yes, but he immediately corrected himself that he had absolutely no right to think like that because he left her & cannot expect anything from her - without anyone pointing it out to him. Unlike Kaveri who even today feels like she did a huge favor on Armaan.

This leap made all past scenes irrelevant in the story

i dont know why they had to show this crap

AbhiMaan , no matter how toxic, abusive , incompatible , cringe, stupid senseless, pukeworthy (i should stop) were infact shown to be inseperable, cant live without eo bullshit

and now they have been living seperately for 7 yr

and from the looks of it, it seems like armaan didnt even miss abhira as much as she did

or abhira ka toh kya hi kehana she basically has no character traits or personality atp

i mean anything could have been better than this shit

and now they push the narrative that Armaan still loves her that he was also hurting as if he was forced to do whatever he did

so ig this 7yr time basically doesnt exist or matter as both silly girl and silly boy will be back to being silly couple as if nothing happened

If this was before the divorce papers signing, then that complete sequence was different where he ended why Ab would not have come with almost exactly same points that you mentioned though he started with why she didn't come to meet. Don't know if it has come up in complaint form in later episodes also.

But again for all PH people including Ab Ar left them and went and was unheard of for 7 years, no idea if dead or alive.. This is my view..Ar can't have expectation on Ab/ anyone to look for hindi when he himself is staying away. Fair point.But Normally even when even an adult person leave the house and is unheard of, don't the family try to find him if they love him. Kv and Vi is shown as broken that Ar left initially, but there is no mention of attempt to trace him even with such an influential family. Ab is show to go to police station to search for pookie every 2 days but there was no mention of Ar. She absolutely need not have done that if she was angry at Ar and don't want him found, and would be completely justified.... But then that narrative also got changed from where mere thought/ name of Ar was giving her trauma to we find her going to Mt Abu hearing Ar is there saying pyaar bula raha hai or something.. Writing has been nonsensical..

there was no point in trying to find him

plus they must have been busy finding pookie
