Where does Vikrant fit in this scenario? He did follow Mannat to the chawl, didn't he? No wonder Mannat was eager to know if he remembers anything happened at that night.

Well I think instead of a few moments of vikku in towel, the makers are giving Mannu a whole night with him, so she can realise her feelings, which will go through the roof now, so she can feel the tadap, the baichaini he was asking for. So she will be tadapofying for him now and he will be oblivious to her new found physical desires. At least now she will let him do all the ashleel things with her (I'm sure we have all seen some unbelievable stuff the ITV leads do with haldi in these situations )
