As a player he s very good. His fitness and hunger to score more is very commendable.

As a captain on field also he s very good.

Off field I heard, Virat was never a team s favourite as a captain. He showed favouritism as a captain. But Rohit, Dhoni and SKY are friendly with players and understand their issues, take them out for lunch and speak 1-1 and sort out their issues and are approachable.

Even now SKY encourages young talent, praises Ayush and other young talent often.

He could get along with only Ravi Shastri as a manager.
