Shalini is back so perhaps she offers a little support but Mannat won’t open up for all the reasons you beautifully outlined yesterday, only Harneet suspects/knows how Mannu feels.
Mannats expressions in the bts are of someone shutting out all emotions and of frustration, she certainly doesn’t have the admiring glances for Vikrant at his grand confession/proposal evening. Mannat must be utterly confused. In her shoes, I’d think I’ve mis-read his feelings or he is two-timing!! We saw in the fake engagement night Mannat ’switched off’ when she saw Shalini and turned her attention & focus on ARS. So hopefully this mechanism helps her get through this humiliating phase.

In the storeroom bts she tells Vikrant to leave her alone but pays no attention 😢 it’s such an awful situation Vikrant is putting her in. Both Malla & Neetu have interrupted Manvik moments and of course blame Mannat entirely, it’s compromising her honour and he should realise this.

I hope Mannat can jolt him out of this daze he is in. Reiterate he is getting married to her bestie & anything that did or didn’t happen in the past between them is irrelevant now. She has a conscience that would never betray a friends trust. He is nothing more than her boss and her friends fiancé and is happy for him to live his life with Malla and let her live her life with her priorities that don’t involve him, with her cute ‘Bye’ at the end and walk out!

Or perhaps Vikrant overhears Malla telling someone she planned this ‘fake E’ to trick him …..

something to make Vikrant confront Malla that their plan has gone too far.

Hoping the writers don’t let us down 😕
