Same here. I have seen bits of him in 'ek ghar banaunga' his show with ishita dutta. Though I found him and their jodi cute then I didn't follow as I thought the show was boring. Don't even remember much of it and I had to browse to find out the name of the show. That was a decade back so he is experienced and we can expect good craft from him. Dkp hardly fails with casting, but less said about creative dept the better. So let's see...

Acha admi & achi aurat can pair up with the leads & then they will have upma aunty syndrome of coming bk to each other . So if they move on , let it be permanent & without any baggage ..I'm all for the new twist ..don't want abhiman together ..

You know, they could totally copy Jhanak’s idea in Leap Ani — having two daughters, one from Arshi and one from Jhanak. Like here, one daughter Pookie Abhira had with Armaan, and another she could have with Ayushmaan. At least they could show her happy for a few days after giving birth, then skip nd throw them from clip. Next gen would be two sisters, but with different dads — a simple twist.

I mean, Armaan was beyond saving from the start, but they made Abhira such a doormat that she wanted to lick his feet after every “sorry” he said. Yeah I think pookie will be only child if they decide to end with this gen. But if gen 5 is coming and if they show Ab moving on then they may go with 2 half-sisters like you said (similar to Akshu and Arohi) with Abhira as common parent, same as Kartik in gen 2.

Ek ko fl banayenge and doosri ko pl, but this maybe tricky due to two reasons: 1. Both will be legacy toh kisko chune 2. They will have different last names/families unlike Ak and Arohi.

But I'd rather they end with this gen and give everyone a happy ending. Because who wants to see the same sisters as rivals trope again🙄

If they really want to go for two sisters story, then they can easily give Maira the new guy's surname, if Abhira moves on. Although it would be weird to see Abhira's daughters fighting over a guy and pull stunts like Chuhi did. And if I had like one percent trust on Dkp, I would say they can finally show a healthy sisters bond. But Dkp wants to be next Ekta toh that's not possible.

We have already seen the time and money they can invest in rishta ,the show is getting crappier with every epi. So it's better if they shut the show with gen4. If at all they are going for gen5, Kindly treat it as your own work and fire your creatives.
