Manisha had said similar things as well, it was a back and forth. How do I know this? I read that edition, as a child when it came out. This is just a poor attempt at nitpicking . I'm not sure why you're angry at me. I did not write the NYT article. I found it on social media and wanted to share it so the "holier-than-thou" Queen and her fans are reminded what the world thought of her at the time of her marriage.

It's not my fault that her public image was tainted because of her controversial relationships, her being manglik, her bringing bad luck to her boyfriends. Poor Abhishek, he deserved better.

Don't drag Manisha to Ash's level. Manisha never s!ut-shamed other women. Ash has always said the most derogatory things about other women and gotten away with it.

Ash never even dated Akshay Khanna let alone live with him. Akshay had just verbalized his crush on her on more than one occasion. And no, she didn’t live with Vivek either. Neither of them were virgins. Neither of them were promiscuous. They were two grown adults who met, fell in love, and didn’t judge each other based on their past. Misogyny is why some people, and the media, made an issue out of her being 2 years older than him. And misogyny is why her past relationships were always brought up whereas no one ever said anything about his broken engagement.

Ash dated Akshay Khanna from 1997 to 1998 and two-timed him while she was pursuing Salman Khan who was with Somy Ali at that time. Ash dumped Akshay to date Salman and then she dumped Salman to date Vivek and then she dumped Vivek to date Abhishek.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with dating and having pre-marital live-in relationships. The issue is when her fans say that she's conservative and dignified and modest and traditional and has high moral values but they make misogynist remarks about Shweta being immoral for cheating on her husband and supposedly dating Hrithik (they have one group photo together). Her fans hate on Abhishek for being a cheater because he did an interview with Nimrat Kaur and Salman being a playboy because he dated 5 women and that Vivek deserved to be dumped by Ash because he left his girlfriend Gurpreet for Ash.

Sparkling Wine is quite open about her dislike for Aish. Personally I've neither a like nor a dislike for the person Aish may be but I like her as an actress. Outside the movies, I think, she very well knew how she could use her beauty and - like I wrote in another thread - I never perceived her as a 'damsel in distress'...

They may not be 'in love' since quite a while but why should they divorce??? Aish has her daughter and still some public appearances to do and Abhishek has his work... they very well could be good friends now. Sometimes distance (to certain people) helps to solve problems...

No hon ,this controversy only exists in your head. Nobody cared about her so called past and that stupid 'article' you have quoted doesn't mean anything. You're acting as if focus groups were approached to put together people's opinions on whether AR has been seeing way too many men. Lol . Sushmita Sen changed boyfriends every second month and still nobody really cared except for the occasional gossip columns or maybe a rant by Shobha De.
