Well people also hoped (believed) that trp would drop post teju but even that didn't happen

It's true that not everyone understands how to read data, numbers and figures. This post is a classic example of selective bias. Ghum has already been in the 11th position for weeks. It was already a slot leader across all Hindi General Entertainment Channels. Nothing new in that. Nothing new has been achieved. Not a real improvement. The track prior to this with Vaibhavi also had 1.3 to 1.2 TRP even during IPL consistently for at least 2-3 weeks till the last 2 weeks of Tejaswini's story where it slipped to 1.1. Also, this week's data is about the track where Teju had several moments with Neil, upto her death. Nothing about Savi. I don't understand how people misread data and figures so easily. Other shows have seen a drop because of primetime news airing at that time and broadcasting news about the India-Pakistan tensions. This data is highly selective and misinterpreted because when you add up everything, the net result is zero.

Also, according to many people Ganja was supposed to top the charts after this because Miss JK IPS (who by the way is getting suspended for more ratings) is a TRP favourite, isn't it? L-e-g-a-c-y was what they were shouting on top of the roofs, wasn't it?

Kindly post the actual TRP data screenshot instead of Instagram fan page promotional images. It's a kind request because this particular data is highly misleading and is encouraging people to go behind such stupid stories and thinking that no change is possible against this rigid, regressive system of ratings.

The last time Ghum has any decent position was in week 13.

From then on the trps kept decreasing. You can point out any reason be it IPL, timeslot change Or anything. But it cannot negate the fact that the Tejaswini-Ruturaj-Neil angle was a FAIL. And couldn't grab any eyeballs.

Ever since the promotions for Savi's entry was made, the highly anticipated episode got 1.3 trp in the savi's entry week.

Ghum had been struggling to be the slot leader till the replacements were announced.

Whatever the story is right now, that cannot negate that people are hooked and the reach is increasing.

Anyways, some people have made a point to troll the characters/actors so I can't really help it.

The only reason I quit this forum was the unnecessary hate directed towards sanam(for being the production's spokesperson) and bhavika (or savi) for something the makers did.

Also I posted the trp of this week only to show that Tejneil angle was DEAD and only bringing savi-rajat and thakkars gave it some life.

Also FYI no one expects a show at 7:10 to top the charts, and if you think you can bring that argument to justify your hate then I'm sorry you DON'T understand how trps work.

You conveniently ignored all my points, dear friend. I said there's no net improvement. You chose a certain statement in my post that would help you to further your argument and glossed over the facts. I have my personal inclinations towards a character but I talked about this week's data. The fact that Ghum was not a slot leader is a totally false argument. I never said this season was not a failure. I am saying that the revival isn't a substantial success that everyone's making it out to be. Kindly read up on selective bias if you didn't understand what I was saying.

I haven't brought that argument about topping charts to justify my criticism. I just reiterated what was said before to us in order to put us down. Everyone said that this is the path to Ghum revival to glory. Kindly don't twist my statements. And criticism is not equal to hate. No idea why people are so blind and oblivious to this obvious distinction.

Do you know what was the TRP for last week Mondays episode? That's was the one were Vaibhavi had no scene and it was all dedicated to Savi with that idiotic Savi hazir ho and all. What was the TRP for that episode do you know?

I know. And there were others too who jumped your bandwagon as soon as they heard Savi is coming back. The same people who were supporting or starting to support this season, suddenly flipped and said "Oh! This is season doesn't have what it takes. Savi is blah blah... ". They started calling out Vaibhavi's skills and appearance. At least you were direct since the start. The others, well, they know what they're doing.
