At last - Neetu’s tears and worry of her realisation that her meds are causing her son to be so ill.
But is she worried for Vikrant’s ill health or that her dark secrets will be revealed? Both I guess , and not just the birth secret but that she has also been drugging him will surely drive her son away from him.

ManVik's boss-employee talk in the kitchen touched my heart.

Him calling her 'boss' and expressing how he doesn't feel like a boss anymore and ---- her on the other hand, standing firm in reality, softly reminding him that he's the boss and she's just his employee... It was so pure and genuine.

For me, the writers beautifully crafted the root conflict of Mannat and Vikrant becoming ManVik in that simple scene.

Mannat has put Vikrant on the pedestal of BKB and for her it's sacred as her faith in her Babaji. About him being the boss, she is not unaware that he has stepped down from that chair even though he never leaves an opportunity to chant the boss-employee thing. She cherishes the friendship that blossomed between them. She believes that she has 'haq' on him. She's aware of the proximity and has not yet gained clarity of her feelings. Thanks to Neetu’s occasional pouncing on Mannat, by now it's ingrained in Mannat's mind that she and Vikrant are not meant to be together. It's this class difference that pulls her back everytime he takes a step towards her.

Mannat couldn't have unnoticed the shift in the air around her and Vikrant. But Neetu’s theories on her has rooted deep in Mannat's mind that either her senses are not picking up the n number of hints (both verbal and non-verbal) he has been dropping or her mind has effectively imposed a 'don't-cross-the-line-no-matter-what' sanction on her heart.

I think she is in a limbo at the moment , she is on the verge of accepting her feelings but keeps getting reminded of her class pulling her back.

Looks like the push pull will continue a little longer until she sees Vikrant in danger which might push her over the edge.

Vikrant describing Mannat to that delivery man was the sweetest thing. It was well-written and Adnan delivered it with such grace.

(thank you for the tag) you have verbalised Mannat feelings and the scene so beautifully.

Mannat cannot stop in expressing her haq over concern for his health and well being, this is an automatic reaction but she has definitely suppressed any reciprocal feelings of love to surface, for now 😢

What caught my attention was Vikrant's admiration and respect for Mannat 😘 . He doesn't love her because of her beauty. He loves her because she is Mannat, his Mannat with all her qualities 🤌

Love love the writers and director for taking the time to establish the connect between them and we are not feeling robbed of why they fell in love 😍
