Once you get to know how it feels to be native of a nation that did/supported/ tolerated abominable crimes against humanity and were the 2nd world war was started knowing that opposing to the respective power system wouldn't only harm/kill you but also your loved ones, I shy away from generalizing. There is (silent) resistance also in Pakistan which tries to work for India through giving information, but that is extremely dangerous for also the life of people around you not even in the knowing. And - as I wrote - open opposition can quickly be deadly in Pakistan.
