India redeveloped relations with Afghanistan when there was a regime change ..there was a lot of trade and treaties..when usa left Afghanistan the good relations continued bec taliban people behaved themselves ..no idea what they're doing in their own country but they wanted good relations with many countries..they changed their policies & people ..not hard liners anymore

Those territories are hindu populated, sir creek issue could be solved by them, but it will only happen if they will want. no force definitely.
