Western youtubers are claiming that china initiated this through pak to create tensions in india..

China is engaged in tariffs war against US..many companies like Apple,dell have annouced to move out of china and form its base in India because of India's negotiable relation with US..apple announced by 2026 they will move to India..already started vacating China ..

Pahalgam attack on april 22 ,2025 is just a start of it to create unrest in India..

And yes China is and was always a deterent, things still started and Pakistan isnt gonna end it.

Yes, this is about PAK & IND, but China will surely have a role in some PAK decisions.
