No issues it is a test. That's what they said in the morning. A test for 15-20 min

Yes, maybe it was hidden - or just not opportun to let the general people know. In every country things are done by the leaders that the common people aren't aware of.

Although I got - throughout the years - a lot of input about India (from very different sources apart from my own experiences), I didn't get into details of taxes (yet got to know about other sources for 'state'-money and also for what it got spent).

Thanx again for your kindness (just to let you know: I'll study the paper later and probably contact you again, if you agree)
