I understand the sentiment but it's far from reality ,unfortunately . Only wars can bring peace, and peace can't be sustained without flexing the muscles , that's how it goes ..pick out any chapter of human history . It's not free of wars/conflict/ bloodshed .

India was enslaved for a thousand years due to this mentality ..

If we take the example of Israel, they don't want wars but if they are attacked continuously & their existence is threatened , they have to act ...there is a north Korea for south Korea..

Countries like USA , china , russia are supreme because they're powerful ..in order for India to be in their league, we need to match their military might ...and we cannot be the flag bearers of peace with our existence under threat ..in the presence of rouge neighbours, there is no better option ..self preservation isn't possible any other way .

True. We need to hit them without pahalgam . We need to hit the terror targets and not wait for them to strike and then retaliate ..terrorists might be running their nation with the army so no idea what's the internal situation ..at least with this step they will know Paki is not safe for them anymore.

We also need to have surveillance in j&k unmatched like any other state to stop terror incidents..we need that in all other states..we need to develop an intelligence system on the lines of mossad ... & also change the demography of their place . Send the kashmiri pandits back home .
