Read this thread , talks about exploring physical attraction of Mannat. If this is the intention of the makers, I am glad they are trying this considering it's a couple of months now since she met Vikrant and knows him well

Frankly I have always felt that it’s because one here vikku boi is shown to have a higher EQ than Mannat. He’s more sensitive and attuned to people’s feelings and that too of his own. While Mannat is also shown to be sensitive towards people’s feelings, she’s quite naïve as well.

Second is Mannu has a lot going on in her personal life. She doesn’t have the luxury of sitting back and trying to work out her feelings. She’s someone who’s lost her home and is on the verge of loosing her mom. Falling in love ain’t her priority. Though vikku has his own set of challenges, he doesn’t have it anywhere as hard as Mannat does!

Also I feel learning she was abandoned as a child by her mother to die would have had a deep impact on her psyche. Going forward I also foresee this impacting her equation with vikku too. Her abandonment issue will come to play sometime in future

On the other hand hormones and attraction are more or less not under her control, so when things get physical, she responds but switches back to boss employee jaap once she’s out of that moment!
