I'm quite enjoying how Mustafa saab has written this script so far cuz it's not bogged down by sappy love angle stuff like Tan Mann Neelo Neel was.....Baatish is a Majnu, sure but focus is on the dangerous world of his character.....and I like how they are showing Faraaz as his conscience always asking him the right pointed questions.
Yayyyy.. abhi toh you are in for a ride..that Jimmy scene was just the start. But that was that jawdropping moment that gave such a goosebumps because of how unexpected it was..from them just playing random water droplet game to the way it escalated just wow and baatish's presence of mind simply fab.. the dorection of that is just stunbing with the way they did the whole windscreen bit the building tension .at first u don't even get what are they talking about but then it all comes together and how .and then yes him being kinda pushed into it with this one would be last when he genuinly put the gun down and tauba kar lo thi saxh main..and this is why baatish ka complexity worked so much and despite knowing what he is capable of and what he has done in the past you still want hin to get away and be able to be faraar as this cold blooded murderer still have love alive inside him. His aatma and conscious ain't dead even if pulls these stunts..this will be a running theme like the way he wants to protect faraaz at any cost esp after knowing how he dropped everything for him and left his family behind without even questioning so baatish will go all out to protect hi...I just love the brotherly vibe of faraz and baatish they call each other out but faraz is the only one baatish would hear all those baatein from too how he gives him the regard and haq on him to even tell him off koi aur ho toh baatish kabka khadka jaata..
The usb is that only ke koi bilawajah ki love/shaadi bakwaas isn't forced upon they all have their loved ones their families but it never becomes the main theme just for sake of it even the saadiya angle is handled in. Such a matter of fact way baatish cares enough for her to even risk his life to go to give a condolence to her to protect but at the same time it never overtakes everything else..
Word neeloneel being so overrated..I just never connected with it as a whole despite liking some tracks and characters.. this is more quintessential mustafa and to build that spread out universe and to connect it like a pro is really not an easy job and yoh will see how it will be progressing.. abhi fair warning though few of the next episodes will be a lil slow yet plot movement ke liye important
