Anupamaa questions the police for coming to Shah house , the Shah family demands to know from Gautam what is the matter . Gautam tells them to ask Kinjal shah . Kinjal looks very scared n starts crying . As she is unable to speak Gautam shows cctv footage where Kinjal is seen taking money out of the company locker n putting them ups to her purse . Gautam accuses Kinjal of stealing company money .
Kinjal is very scared n guilty , Pari gives emotional talk to Kinjal . Baa and Babuji become emotional and vent out at Kinjal and others too , they lament their own fate .
Anupama gives long lecture to Kinjal . Ishaani reminds Kinjal how she gave her warning g when she was found tk be stealing from family locker , how could she herself indulge in the same ?
Toshu pleads forgiveness and begs Gautam to save Kinjal and the family from defamation.
The entire family joins Toshu in pleading Gautam to free Kinjala nd take back the case . Gautam replies that he is ready to take back the case n save the family from bad name , but on one condition , all get ready to do what ever he wanted them to do .
Gautam wants Anupama should persuade Raghav tk take back his case against the Kotharis , if Anupama helps n taking back case against Kotharis n their defamation , he tok will take back case against Kinjal and sabe them from defamation.
The shah family is sure Anupama wil, do this willingly as she loves Kinjal very much , she surely does not want defamation of Ruhi’s sasuraal .
Anupama refuses to comply . She states Raghav is innocent n he has been wrongly punished , if the kptheris are innocent why are they scared ? If they are culprits they should be punished l Kinjal has stolen and she deserves punishment.
The shah family is distraught as Gutm fumes with fury and gets Police to arrest Kinjal and they leave , shah family accuses Anupama of supporting outsider Rghav instead of her own family like always . Toshu accuses her of being bad women, bad mother, bad grand mother, bad daughter n bad MIL .
Anupama is emotional on hearing these accusations.
Babuji consoles weeping Anupama , asks her to take care of family n not to pay such a huge price for the sake of outsider .
Gautam informs Kothari family how he got Kinjal jailed for stealing company money. Kothari’s are in shocked disbelief, he shows cctv footage as evidence and states that she has been stealing for a long time and staff were ridiculing the Kothari family over this incident . Moti baa accuses the Shahs for causing so much loss of prestige .. first b6 Anupama for dramatic revellation of Pankhudi , then Raghav filing case against them , now Kinjal stealing from their own company .
Rahi is shocked n apologises for her mother and Kinjal . Prem persuades Rahinto forgive Anupama and rejoin Anu Ki Rasoi.
At Shah house Pari is distraught that her wish tk study abroad has caused her mother to be jailed , she regrets and states of Maa had told even once about the financial issues she would have understood n never pressed her .
