Yes you can take screenshots from youtube (possible if you can crop the edges before uploading it would be better) and upload on an image hosting site and post here with the title and every requirement that you want on the cover.

Choosing images by ourselves, then you need to provide the characters and show name and the feel for the cover so accordingly we can choose or else a generic can be done.
