I believe this was to make ARS more Vicious and vengeful against Mannat.

Merko lag Raha hain someone is going to find out about her relationship with Mannat, can be Vikrant (tagging Moor to confirm) or some other from the sleazies since she is all out to tapkao Mannat

I have a feeling Gaggu might get a hint that there’s some past relation between Mannat & ARS and he’ll probably try to investigate it which might alert ARS and she’ll be even more vicious in her attempt to eliminate Mannat
