Absolutely! Neil and Tejaswini were compared to Lord Shiva and Goddess Durga from the very beginning. If Neil falls in love with someone else so quickly after Tejaswini's death, it'll be very weird. The makers aren't only making a mockery of professions. They're also making a mockery of true love, the god, and the goddess. I'm not a religious person. But many religious people watch the show. They may feel very angry and disheartened. Kabir Singh? No! I despise that character! Shahid Kapoor's acting is good in the movie. But the character is so unlikeable! Anyways, I'm not going to watch after Tejaswini's death. So, it doesn't even matter to me whether the makers change him into Kabir Singh or Rudraksh.

If you remember, we used to discuss earlier that comparing ITV couples to divine couple is so not done because one can't compare ITV shows which have 2-3 marriages, multiple separations and all shabang with divine couples. But Ghum writers dug a ditch for themselves by comparing TejNeil to Bhagwan Shiv-Parvati.

If they wanted a revamp, they could've (fake)killed Tejaswini and Tejaswini losing her memory in accident and living with a different identity somewhere else and after some years' leap, Neil and Tejaswini colliding again. Or even if they wanted to scrap Teju's character, they could've made Vaibhavi play her doppelganger.

I may watch just to see the transformation in Param's character. Both he and Sanam are facing too much hate online for not being replaced in the show.

If it makes sense, then it’s not Ghum. If you feel like wtf is happening, then Ganja is on the right track they are averse to making anything logical. It cramps their style mightily so they prefer to go the illogical route so that audience will not question them as to why the hell is this even happening ?

Makes no sense so this is perfectly possible in Sitaraverse. I mean it'd have made sense if he was made to believe Teju left him or cheated him so he changed to the polar opposite. But after Teju's death, it would be more realistic for him to become a shell and even more timid, submissive and dead from inside as a reaction to grief.

But I guess being an arrogant rockstar is better than being a toxic doctor who does operations carelessly and has no regards for his patients' lives.

@Bold: I posted the exact same thing yesterday. Tejaswini reminded Neil of music. So if she is no more, music will also fade away from Neil's life. And we all know that music rejuvenated Neil after so many years. He'll lose the music which breathed life into his soul and retreat into his shell due to his immense grief of losing his first and last (I refuse to consider any one else) love.

But hey, ratings say hello. So we get to see an arrogant, manchild, Peter Pan rockstar.

I get that actors hardly get work in itv. But how long bhavika will play same character with different heroes. She will get stereotyped as just savi without exploring different characters. I am sure even her fans are not happy with her decision.

Regarding vaibhavi. I didn't get fl vibes from her at beginning. But heard she improved later. Even if she didn't, it's unfair to remove her like that. Hope she gets better opportunities.

And you know, where's the real fun, imagine not only 3rd, 4th, nth chance but also a love trikon for a financially independent woman who's a high-level ranking officer IAS/IPS or whatever it is, being involved in these kachra love triangle & kitchen politics

Everything is a sham for Ganja Makers!!! Making a mockery out of every profession and belittling a woman's worth to nth love triangles Shame on them!!

Also, yes, whatever happened with Vaibhavi was very unfair & demoralizing. Chin up, Vaibhavi!! let no odds & shrewdness of the world dampen your spirits. May she always stay cheerful & soar high

Ngl, since the beginning, the trope I was most excited to watch was Neil turning into a charismatic rockstar from shy, timid Dr. Neil but I never knew they'll bring this trope like this.

Maybe, I'm in minority, but if they are actually making Neil a rockstar, I may begin watching the show again because the trope and journey of a shy classically trained singer becoming a rockstar is one of my guilty pleasure. (That's why I hate Ekta because she always makes rockstar leads who are rockstar since the beginning of the show and have no passion for music). Neil actually had repressed passion for music since very beginning but how will IPS Savi Chavhan Bhosle Thakkar will fit into all this?

I don't think they have enough time to show his 'journey of transforming from a shy classical singer to a rockstar'. They'll show him directly as a miserable man. Sigh. As for Savi, I don't think the character herself knows what the Ganjophiles have in store for her.

ITV should stop the trend of majboori marriage/hate marriage/revenge marriage in first month itself. At least give the love story to bloom for 5-6 months before getting the leads married.

Vaise jo aapne bola hai vo bhi dikhaana hai then at least show an edgy face off between Neil and Rutu for once. Kucch to edgy rivalry dikhaao cousins ke beech.

You see, time's their constraint. They need revenue as soon as possible. They can't stretch such soft, thoughtful, love filled plots, and that's why they rush into marriage since the TRP audience wants high voltage drama. The channel wants a show to bring its audience with it, not build it or garner it over time.
