Probably Ghum is taking matters into its hands for somehow reaching 2+ TRP overnight.

1st case: Ruturaj has gone mad.

2nd case: I like how the ITV is so realistic in this aspect. The police handling these cases is equally incompetent in the real society as in such TV shows.

On a serious note, fake medical cases can ruin a doctor's life. Their license gets revoked indefinitely on account of medical negligence. The showrunners think all this is a joke. But then Neil's life is already ruined all thanks to Rutu and Teju.

Imagine itv doing stuff that could lead to a doctor's license getting cancelled only to show how mahan their fl is that even though she hates the ml she would prove him innocent.

I would be so disappointed if what I've mentioned actually happens

Sure ghum can keep dreaming to beat the numbers while upma n rishta shows themselves are struggling to cross 2+ these days

I really hope it's the 2nd case coz it's too early to make RR stoop too low. I'm curious to see how Teju will transform herself into typical itv lawyer bahu to prove her pati parameshwar's innocence in the alleged medical fraud case

Most probably yes. There is no reason for Neil to get arrested unless it's a fake case. He looks "bhola bhala", like those ladies pelting stones said. But bhola bhala hi kyun? Aisa kya kiya Neil ne? Does him being a Gynaecologist have to do anything in this? Leena was standing suspiciously behind in the precap. It's a 99℅ misleading promo like everyone's saying.

I wouldn't be shocked if they start working towards a separation next week. Cause the wedding buildup did get them good trps and now separation would (as it is proven in history of sitara)
