He will heal her. But how will he react when he finds out the truth ? In OG, Parth went crazy after finding the truth. He got so disturbed, that he became so abusive towards her afterwards. And this Kavya is more guilty when comparing to OG. So I don't know how her character will progress after this and what will happen to her marriage?!!

I do not think that would happen. Pravaah has same base for all the stories in their shows. secondly they are partial towards Mrunal, they will keep glorifying her.
