It was so funny that abhimanyu forced her to come out of abusive marriage and made her to restart her life. But she could not force abhimanyu to come out of toxic relationship. She must have died 1000 deaths thinking she could not save abhimanyu.

Harshwardhan was right about Akshara that she is a bad luck n would ruin their family n she did that without any shame or guilt.. Divorce papers signing doesn't mean divorce, court has to order a decree of divorce for which Akshara had to appear in front of court twice which she didn't

Her second marriage therefore was not legal and she committed bigamy

But as far as we know abhimanyu never seen akshara after the fight right after Neil's funeral. He met her in kasuli after years. He was extremely shocked when akshara informed Manish about her marriage with abhinav.. how does it happen only God knows.

In my opinion only two ways are there..

1. Abhinav and akshara were never legally married at the first place everything was a drama. Akshara never had sindoor or MS at first then started wearing it after some puja..

2. Akshara made a fake identity for herself just like she added sharma name to abhinav then married abhinav. With akshara's history of making fake passport and running away with a suspect and later a fake bc for abhir this is a piece of cake for her.( This is a crime in real sense though) But I doubt marriage is legitimate or not given the Id is fake.

Note: If anyone have another options feel free to tell.

That's true

But one can be saved only if they want to be saved, Abhimanyu chose to fall deeper into the pit of viper

It was his own doing and sadly many around him suffered with him

Yes she was a victim of DV and she cared for Neil as if he was her blood. She loved both of them and was a good mother in law though she had flaws...who doesn't have flaws. As people say, a mother's instinct kabhi galat nahi ho sakta. He was foolish to choose the woman who was not sane.

I don't blame Abhimanyu as he intended to come back. He had a lot on his plate and was not an aadmi who would run away from responsibilities. Basically, his decision was debatable and he also had no option as Abhir was also with her. It was out of his chara..if it was OG Abhi, he would have stopped her and given class to her

But he did run away from responsibilities, he had an option to go to court because he had Abhir's custody, Akshara couldn't take him away. Abhimanyu's decision was as wrong as Akshara's decision and more so because Akshara was pathetic, she didn't care about anyone but he was leaving his family who needed him more

So I do blame him much more than her in this case

Exactly apart from parents no one is genuine with you..Akshara proved this..Harshwardhan was a bad husband but he was a good father to Abhimanyu whom he loved immensely n he could see through Akshara unlike Abhimanyu who got fooled by her.There was a reason why Harshwardhan was against this narcissistic woman but Abhimanyu couldn't see through her facade.

No, divorce can be finalized even if one spouse is absent from court, particularly if they have abandoned the other. Mostly 2 year period is required for abandonment by spouse but if spouse is cruel or committed adultery, or mutually agreed for divorce even after being absent, divorce is finalized. Did they show Abhimanyu never finalize divorce in Akshara's absence in Gen 3? Abhimanyu begged and pleaded infront of Abhinav to return back his legally wedded wife? If divorce was never finalized then how could Abhimanyu marry Arohi post-leap?
