Living with new partner during the process of divorce is not morally wrong because court can't force you to stay with someone, divorce being a legal process has rules which Akshara didn't follow

Akshara was bigamist, Abhinav wouldn't have been jailed but Abhimanyu should have filed a complaint but this is DKP, they love criminals and all go scott free
