Akshay Kumar's much-anticipated historical courtroom drama, Kesari Chapter 2, has taken a relatively slow start at the box office, with advance booking numbers hinting at a modest opening. As per early figures, the film has grossed Rs 8.53 lakhs in advance ticket sales on Day 1 across India, with 2,860 tickets sold for 1,776 shows in the Hindi 2D format. Including block seats, the estimated gross rises to Rs 89.36 lakhs as per Sacnilk—still below expectations for a star-led film of this scale.

Akshay should call upon the guy who played fake King Charles in Housefull and make him watch the film. Muft ka PR aur iska apne aap ko sacha deshbakht dikhana ka agenda bhi poora. Invite the paps to capture the historical moment which alleviate years of angst for many afflicted and impacted by the massacre.

Anything that actors say should be taken with a pinch of salt cos if they were genuine, they wouldn't always be found in England, loitering the streets and least of all achieving degrees from UK universities.
