Was thinking it would've been better if he had left the hideout after planting the bomb, sure that it will explode, go to Ahuja house to deal with the rest. Makes more sense to deal with Nimmi there / have Ammu slashing him there than Nimmi and co finding out where VA+ are and coming there. One obstacle could've been Manvi - but then, even he admitted he doesn't care about her... so what stopped him?

How do we know it Amu need kidney? What are chances of miscarriage under kidney failure? How can Amu do transplant surgery preganant?

...or we can gave leap. Child is born with some complications? Newborn needs kidney.
