Yes Mannat is not in that zone so nothing effected her until recently the dupatta and the sewing waala scene, felt like usko Kuch Kuch huwaa but she might brush the feelings aside

It was very stupid and her reaction is exactly like you said... very matter of fact for such a serious allegation on her father.

I can understand if she doesn't believe it but then show some anger or rage over Mannat (since that's probably going to be her role)
