I don't have laptop so I made all siggies book cover, banner, tag in mobile using PicsArt app.

I also do my editing in Tab / Mobile using an app called 'Photo Editor'. It is like Photo Shop only... but free and works in Mobile devices . Abhi hamari baat hui fir I saw ki this app also has options to make GIF which I haven't yet explored. If I try it out and it works for GIF sets, I'll let you know .

Hi Priya, I mostly use Canva on mobile to make both animated and non-animated stuffs. You can try this to make gif sets, this is the best editor apart from photoshop.
