Jethu asking Appu how she got idea of t1 & t2 appu saying Bips came started to talk tedha so she was TM1 then Arshi came as her friend & became TM2 & Ani used to give her plane tickets there she saw T1 & t2 so this way she came for that name to them

We should assume Ani fell for Arshi's beauty ..just like how Sid bhaiyya fell for her...unfortunately am not able to see that beauty ( nonexistent).
