Regarding Ruturaj, he was never rejected by anyone in his life. Lived on his terms, and was glad that he didn't become submissive like Neil (first ep). Everyone in the Pradhan house looked at him as being successful with their continuous comments over his love life and singing career.

So when he finally gets refused for the first time by his own fan he feels humiliated. That's his narcissism getting reflected there. Also the fact that his less-accomplished (as he thinks) brother got the woman he liked makes him unsettled. He suffers from a superiority complex perhaps.
