Yes I agree the lady is at fault here as a funeral is not a place to click pictures. Jaya could have just politely said no and moved away. The way she snatched her hand looked so rude. That lady is not some roadside person.

The Same thing could have said politely also. There was no need to get rude.

It depends. Some are fine with it, some not.

But tapping someone from behind is something very common. Be it from a stranger, friend or loved ones. If the very same lady or a stranger, after tapping Jaya's shoulder, had told Jaya that her gold jewelry had fallen or her purse had fallen, Jaya would have thanked her. The lady was definitely not misbehaving or trying to touch Jaya unnecessarily like many annoying fans do around celebrities.
