Not defending but this my opinion as I have seen the arc of this character called Neil - The problem lies with the way he was brought up. Parents need to give their children the option to keep their viewpoint and thoughts. They have always vetoed his decisions and have never asked what you want - this is the reason he wasnt open about things with Juhi. He is not used to speaking his mind. I actually feel very sad for those whose parents treat them like this and does not even listen to them. The reason leena does not like Teju is so childish and stupid. People do face rejections but dont hold it like a grudge in their heart and take it out on their kids. I feel very lucky that I have parents who always listened to my viewpoint and then if I was right they let me do it if I wasnt they explained with an example. Neil is in a very bad spot where he is used to not doing what he likes. So, the problem lies with the way one is brought up.

I agree with you. Actually the issue is what was promised and what audience was given. Neil was shown as an out and out green flag guy in the beginning so it was not expected him to be so insensitive and callous towards another woman's feelings.

Disappointing is Neil being played up in the start only.....

Exactly gradually all male leads become disappointing after a time but Neil's downhill arc was too soon for the show. Ideally at least for six months, audience should feel bad for lead's misfortune but I don't think it's so with Neil.

If show works well even for more than an year or even two you will get some side...There was a time where MLs used to be disgusting still saint FLs wanted their trophy partners....

Now MLs are butchered to the level of FL so that trp naraaz naa ho.... they saw ratings down so they made even Neil a total Nibba and insensitive towards Juhi and family stuffs....and Aparajita as career oriented and dignified....

Just wait abhi bahut kuch hoga....

Watched last 2-3 remaining episodes....

I liked Param's acting if not of Neil ka nibba side I would have followed him.....Teju's feelings isn't reasonable atleast to me....she didn't want Neil as partner and here it's shown as career khatam ho gaya and all....Ritu ka wait hai bas....

Waise Pradhans are good for sake of Neil thrown Leena under the bus.....and Mujhe Vaibhavi se jyaada woh Manjiri beautiful lagi she was looking similar to Sai in Satya fiasco....Waise felt bad for Satish....Juhi ne galat kiya....baaki all are thinking about ghar ki ijjat and rest emotional dramas which is ok ....

Ab start hoga triangle and TejNeil story....they won't follow og clearly it will be like hate turning into love by the time....first season follow karenge ye log....trp aa jaaye bas....I am not impressed with this foundation par kuch baat toh lag rhi hai....

ITV's great representation of Feminism..The best one is " Upma..Anupama ...I never watched the serial but I know what roughly go around there 😀

Funny is she ruled trp charts from the start....and recently I got to know ki uske 4 lovers rah chuke hain....

I don't watch it....From childhood I have special form of disliking for FLs....even though MLs were annoying too....

I watch movies and like FL more than Romeo MLs...

Ritu is 🔥.... Just watch today's episode aate hi direct brotherhood se dushmani....and chemistry between him and Teju is....

I want some grand insults like Pakhi had.....I wanted parallel lead lekin male vamp chalega ab....

Neil ka toh alag hi hai ye dab jaayega dono mein I was like isko bade ghar ka bigda ladka banana tha why this dara huwa bachcha he gives me vibes of mahaan FLs when I was kid.... Waise bhi anyhow aapko bash karenge hi toh why to be giver???

I'm so excited for this week's episode there will be so much kalesh happening pehle rituraj confrontation, phir leena kalesh karegi aur tejaswini Neil pe barsegi!!!

I toh love both Neil and rituraj (and I've never said Neil is a green flag, he's just misunderstood)

Alsooo, Neil ki jo smile thi woh ruk hi nhi rhi thi. It was soo cute to watch him suddenly starting to enjoy every ritual and even said a chotu sa poetry for teju.
