Not defending but this my opinion as I have seen the arc of this character called Neil - The problem lies with the way he was brought up. Parents need to give their children the option to keep their viewpoint and thoughts. They have always vetoed his decisions and have never asked what you want - this is the reason he wasnt open about things with Juhi. He is not used to speaking his mind. Thanks Shirsha and yes, he was going to say when Ritu comes in between and interrupts him and Neil even gets angry at this. Leena needs to look at Teju from a different side altogether otherwise she will suffer and she will make teju suffer

And if I talk even about post leap where Virat became toxic, toh that guy was sleeping on seperate couch for 7years after losing wife and child, whereas Sai started having fun with dr in just few months when they seperated after leap, even Savi wanted dad.....

I don't know about connection to characters as even show didn't click to major audience but agreeable disappointment regarding storyline....

Neil is directly changed from a good guy to blind-was expecting drama to come but this went over head.... Teju is idiotic in certain areas.....she should have atleast understood Ritu's feelings before concluding him playing....

Waise I feel like Ritu ko ab kharaab kar hi denge so these points aren't valid anymore....

Exactly. Sitara is having the most insufferable leads in present era. Like I get it, Mahaan leads are too unrealistic, but leads should've basic moral compass and basic humanity. YRKKH me Ruhi lost her husband, still Abhira is making it all about herself and her child. Arshi lost her newborn with Aniruddh still Aniruddha is shamelessly confessing her love in front of her. Neil is following the same path which is such a downgrade from the Neil we were promised in the initial weeks.

Generally when shows get old because of dragging logic and values suffer the connection with leads....

Disappointing is Neil being played up in the start only.....
