Well, I'll be very honest here...

I don't mean to spread hatred about the actor so please don't take my words in a wrong way. I am absolutely not hating on Parth.

Frankly speaking, I am not a fan of his nor do I care about his body of work. If he wants to play a mature role, he is more than welcome to play. BUT if the makers of CID seriously believe that bringing in a young ACP when two senior officers are already there in the team for 20+ years and still haven't been promoted is fine; that bringing in someone to replace ACP Pradyuman is fine then there's seriously something wrong with them.
