Another point after reading all the interesting perspectives

Sorry if it sounds Pro Vikrant...

What he doesn't know is that this is done by Bobby.. someone who would always be associated to Mezbani and will have unfettered access anytime he wants...

He at this point probably believes it to be a stray incident... some unknown person who saw an opportunity and did the crime.

And might be thinking about increasing security or putting some policies in place... which we don't know. The reason there's a CCTV footage is because it must have been installed after the freezer incident with Mannat.

Would Vik or Ronnie react the same way if they come to know it's an insider job??? That it could repeat again? For a moment let's assume its a male staff and not Bobby. What then?

Or like someone said the other day... how is ARS okay with Malla being around Bobby?

My point is someone needs to put this idea into Viks mind or at least show him thinking about what happens if it repeats!!! If he is so worried of Mezbanis repo he should think on these lines...

We as audience are worried coz we know the danger is lurking around. But Vik hasn't thought in that direction and for that matter ARS hasn't either. Them going back to London is just a temporary measure.

Black bold - same pinch just posted a comment from X about this. What is with the writers and their panache for these scenes . Wish ITV moves away from this kind of writing.

I honestly believe if they show Vikrant pondering alone he might think through his actions, but writers have no time to allow Vikrant to process any information . Vikrant has been shown so righteous all this ok to coverup is hard to digest without dialogues.

Bold green - that was such a stupid mistake. Here too Mannat is so wound up with Vikrant and his feelings unknowingly prioritizing him over the incident she forgot about the chain

At this point both Vikrant and Mannat are so entangled with each other and the unknown feelings, they are unable to process things outside that zone. Mannat atleast has alone time, Vikrant doesn't even get that with his saya hovering over him.

Bold, yes exactly. I am ok if someone or Mannat per the bts puts this idea in his head. Hopefully they will show us this scene of him pondering over employee safety considering it's all female writes and production team.

Also 1 more thought, question to ponder , why is he shown so reliant on ARS especially when she herself accepted she wants coverup? Shouldn't he immediately retracting the false statement and have the cops all over Mezbaani to figure if it's an insider job or a random unfortunate incident since he mentioned to the press they are fully cooperating? How were they cooperating Whole Salujas were having a breakfast feast and Mezbaani they showed everything back to business

Technically Vikrant knows ARS, Punnu tried to coverup if we leave ARS's speech about how she cares for Shalini and she is paying her bills and blah blah blah.

Are they saying Vikrant is ok to coverup Mezbaani name which is completely wrong irrespective of what they are doing for Shalini or are they trying to show Vikrant is mad because he believes Mannat went behind his back , she doesn't care for him, she doesn't have a place for him in her life like he himself said. What is bothering Vikrant more that Mannat doesn't care for him or Her leaking news

It’s true the show is too dark … you can easily skip 15 minutes of the show everyday because it only deals with crime ..

The story is not about a couple .. it’s Mannat ‘s journey .. now if she starts working somewhere else and meets someone else ..salujas can be thrown in the bin . Aishwarya stays ..

Finally, I watched the episode. The only part I didn't watch was the Malla -Mannat and Malla - Vikrant scene because I hate it that Malla is cheating her so called soul sister so badly, and Mannat is not even aware. And the next scene with Malla .

I am on the fence where Vikrant is concerned, sorry.

- Scene in Mezbaani with Punnu and ARS manipulating Vikrant. Maybe he was really upset and confused but cancellation of events, isn't it a natural fallout of such an incident? And yes, he should know Mezbaani so far is not safe for girls. If the police ask him, why were two girls allowed to stay back so late to clear up?? What will he say?

- They should not make it seem like he was ok with ARS's cover up to save Mezbaani. So his logic seemed to be ..protect Shalini, protect Mezbaani. If he was so upset about his dream, just one more moment to think of Shalini's dreams and her pressures, that may be stressing her out and making her lie.

- CCTV room was open, no guard, just before the police came in. Even he could be accused of tampering with evidence if they realise that that day's coverage is missing!! Why doesn't he realise something is not ok?

- I loved, loved the confrontation scene with Mannat. She came in looking so diminished and scared. She came to him because she knows there's a cover up happening, that will prevent the real culprit from being found. And she trusted him as a friend! What if she went to the police, and ARS once again, misled them. Who does she trust in such a scenario? Only him.

- Was he justified? no. Was he mixing up all kinds of things in his tirade, yes. I mean nothing to you, you don't care about me... . Nothing to do with Mezbaani actually.

- Last but not the least. Two days ago, he considered Malla childish and today he is listening to her as if she is the wisest person around. And his Aishwarya Aunty, Aishwarya Aunty, annoyed me.

PS: Both were brilliant in the confrontation scene..Adnan and Ayesha. Ayesha's expression of fear and sadness when he said he is not her BKB. Adnan's anger, while trying to be less aggressive. They complimented each other so beautifully.

PSS: The entire Shalini's incident has been caught on CCTV. There's so much proof.
