I’m just quoting the rules again for you to refer to.

They clearly state that authors are allowed to write a prompt anyway they want to. When a prompt does not specify a particular couple you can take it up for any couple.

The prompt owners have put their ideas out there for them to be written, so it’s a given they’ll be okay with you doing so as long as you give due credit.

Also I’d advise the one at a time approach (unless you’re combining multiple prompts into one story). Take a prompt, write your story, publish it and then come back for the next one.

Sharing an idea which I recently cooked

When Miss X turned 15 her uncle decided to get her married to an oldie with sons elder than her. After days and nights of planning to run away with her sick mom, she manages to escape the gruesome village lanes of <insert a village name> , little did she know that her struggles didn't end there. Her sick mom breathe her last on the journey and she was adopted by a prestigious, kind widower SP.

Things take an interesting turn when she is introduced to the world of riches, of her foster father's circle. Ridiculed for being an orphan who was 'taken in as a servant', poor Ms. X dreaded friendships with the richer kids.

Until she laid her eyes on a boy who looked of her age, tall, lean, always got new scars on his body, stayed silent and away from the other kids.

"Let's get a picture!"

"No. I'm not interested"

"Doesn't matter", she said as she wrapped her arm around his neck and pulled him to match her height.

What's next?

This is basically the backdrop of the story. The author can continue their (romantic) story by introducing a time gap (if they're sticking to the age I gave)
