Witness is FIR. This is how this works. Wo police ke paas jaati aur bolti meri Ammar ke saath forced nikah kiya hai in criminal logo ne hai aur ab bol rahe shaadi karo nahi to tumhari maa ko jaan se maar denge. Police us forced nikah ko radd kar deti aur use police protection milti.

My bad ! I was not aware of it , my law knowledge is limited and thought one has to prove in court with actual proofs. If it was so easy wonder why didn’t they go that way .

Kisi ke khilaaf report likhane ke liye proof ki zaroorat nahi hoti, aur wese uske paas proof hai wo nikah papers. I'll tell to everyone that if someone threatens you to marry someone don't marry that person in fear just go to the police & file report against that person.

Am seated for Bhaktiyaar fall ! years of being undisputed gave him too much confidence and he is so high ! But his fall will come from unexpected corner - who would have thought his fall will come in Mahi and Nashwa form , two girls one whom he crushed like nothing and another whom he wants to crush .

It wasn't supposed to be funny but I totally get you. It's like you feel his anguish when he enters the room and there is silence but when he sits down and cries...Ammar from SMD just comes out.

I felt so bad I let out a laugh because I remembered that. Like there was a disconnect

But the last episodes portrayal of Burhan was really good.

Yeah btw he and amar khan should do a drama together as both of them sucked at crying scenes bechara affan bhi Bach jayega i wish Usama was in Dastakhat instead

I'm very curious to understand what people think of criminal lawyers. During the careers of Nashwa and Burhan, they'll have clients who are actually guilty and have committed crimes but this is not something that's written on their face. They will take clients of all kinds. Their job is to do the best defense they can. Sometimes they'll win for the guilty person and sometimes they'll lose.

Will people find that problematic? Or is it just part of life?

That's the thing about being a lawyer. Morals are out on the side at times. You get paid for this. Win or lose.

Also, Ammar is stuck in the same shades. It's getting stagnant. Yes, we can see that when he is alone he is different and then he lashes out at people. We understand it's the life long humiliation, being told of being unworthy many times...yes but then what? This was established long back.

I feel were not moving since the last 4 episodes.

They should have dealt with the case right after beenish's wedding leading up to and closing the case by Bisma's.

To take such a serious topic and use it as a background for so many episodes almost the whole show and rush it at the end...that's just odd.

The whole undercurrent of the show was dictated by this yet it was mentioned so casually. I thought enabling and ignoring was a big theme....

I guess we'll wait and see...

And no way can they wrap this up by 4 episodes. They shot for 30. So, maybe 32 will air?
