this gen can easily be passed off as "the double" , though I'm not too happy giving it one of my most fav shows name.

Last time, someone told me that sperm donor is not the father so by the same logic, egg donor is not the mother, irrespective of legalities

The one who is carrying the child in womb, tolerating all the pain, is the mother

Now, People should also consider the pain of mother who is going to carry the child for all these months, why should she give it away to an egg donor?

Ruhi is the surrogate

Ruhi will be the mother of Abhira's biological daughter

And Abhira will be the mother of Abhiru's daughter

Obviously Ruhi not Abheera Sharma. As per the logic in this forums since last gen, biological parents have less rights. So in that sense Ruhi is the mother.

Well , true. In any surrogacy, the egg donor is the mother, while the surrogate is just the carrier. That is basic science. So yes Abhira is the mother and egg donor :)

But i don't know why Roohi wants to go through this much pain . Childbirth is risky.
