It is not an 82 E event. It is launch of some AI diagnostic brand. Her posters are put up..so my guess,is that she has invested in that. She is really very keen on business since the last few years. She attended another business event along with Kartik Aryan a month back. BW has lost the shine for her. She too will be 40 next year. She may do a film next year...or not. Her fans are upset.. Par waqt ko kisne roka hai..

40 is nothing in today's era. she will be fine.

She lost interest long back.In the last 2 years, she had to be coaxed to post her own film's trailer. Many times on the trailer date, she posted 82E stuff .She just dislikes film posts on her Insta. She immediately pushes down the those posts with a set of her own brand.Her page only celebrates her and her brand.

No great films were made in the last few years for actresses in her league.DP signed 5 films, took hefty fees for short roles and took a break.If she hadn't, she wouldn't have earned that money.

My feeling is that she will do King too(SRKDP are a beloved pair..and public will be so happy)...so that she can put it in her investments.Deepika is lucky to have more than her share of films and songs which will age well. Public remember 3/4 films of Dilip,Dev,Rajesh,BigB ,Madhubala,Sri Devi,Madhuri,Kareena,Aishwary and other top stars .This generation doesn't have time to watch oldies.

I am glad PC is back though.I hope she signs a couple of films more.I am so bored of BW now.

maybe she wants to do something memorable before she retires. let's see. she is not vanishing from bollywood anytime soon. hoping to see a few more movies of Deepika before she retires.

I think her career pretty much ended after Chhapaak... everything since then has just been a slog. I don’t expect Bhansali to go back to her. The best move for her now would be to work with smaller directors like her husband and take on some meaningful projects before people forget about her completely.
