The episode begins with Ruhi at the life saver hospital. She had fainted in Poddar mansion while the pithoo game was going on at Manisha’s BD celebrations . The Poddars and Goenkas arrive at the emergency care and look thru the window as Ru lies unconscious and Docs and paramedics attend to Ru.

Phupha sa bad mouths and stops AbhiMaan from coming near Ru’s room but Manish arrives holding Daksh and speaks in favour of AbhiMaan and Sanjay’s arguments are defeated by Manish and Abhira .
finally Ru recovers and the doc informs her about the pregnancy . Vi is the first to learn about it and she congratulates RoRu for their good news . The Poddars and Goenkas are over joyed at the good news . Manish and Vi are very happy for RoRu but they feel sorry for AbhiMaan who are still waiting for their baby . Swarna whispers to Ru regarding revealing the surrogacy issue and how the families will react negatively on learning about it .

RoRu nd AbhiMaan have serious arguments over revealing the surrogacy truth to the families . Finally Ab feels they should not let pregnant Ru to face any negativity at this stage . After the baby is born that’s the time they should reveal . Ar and Ro are in favour of I for I g everyone right now but Ab warns of the negative impact on the unborn child .Ar and RoRu reluctant,y agree. The familes plan celebrations and Pooja for the unborn child .

Abhira and Charu are stranded on the road because of flat tyre . As they are dealing with it Kiara arrived and Abhir hides from her . Kiara informs about Ru bhaabhi being at hospital and takes Concerned Charu along leaving Abhir alone .

Soon Charu and Kiara join the Poddar and Goenka families outside Ru’s room . Kiara probes Abhir and he feels cornered .

Same as yesterday . RoRu and AbhiMana have arranged Pooja for the unborn child The Poddar family members are present . As Ro Ru are about to start Pooja in presence of Poddar family . Ro asks Pandit ji to wait . Soon AbhiMaan arrive disguised as Rajasthani musicians . Later RoRu are happy AbhiMaan attended the Pooja for their baby and also did not allow the truth to be revealed .Ab assures they would do anything for the sake of their child . phupha sa over hears them n decides to inform Maa sa.
