Even i completed my post grad within 75k per year. But idhar baccho ki school is costlier than my post grad fees.
Ours was 100 rs per month for primary and 200 for high school,grad fully in 7000 ( 80 percent scholarship so only exam fees per semester) and post grad about 1.5 lac ( 50 percent scholarship) mostly fees was hostel and basic fees.
But for my kid we paid nearly 90 k 🙈 good school, security. Most schools are in similar 75 k to 90 k bracket. This school has good co curricular activities and high security and 1 km from our house
fees for my beti is more only but any school here has same format. For my son when in class x fees is same as my beti in class 4. Now the juniors have high fee structure. Rents are high near the tech parks. Pgs are more that water problem is there. Everywhere Coliving pgs are surrounded. Kids are used to this type of environment. Savings any day is major issue. With two kids life is more stressed along with responsibility of parents and joint family system. I myself want to keep my kids aside without stress from young age.Originally posted by: AnjuRish

You guys put your kids in international/private schools or karanataka government wale schools/Delhi public school type?
Recently saw schools again increased fee my god it's insane how expensive child raising is and then our itv fl dreaming about having a baby. For them it's a cute toy no thoughts of kids lifestyle ahead in life

It's a private cbse school .. famous coz they concentrate on all round development..have music sports reading clubs and encourage..my kid loves dance , music .
I chose coz mine is a girl and i wanted one with good security not too far from our house and has classes till 12 th .
my kids were in same school near Hoodi it's a normal middle class ICSE medium school. Almost near by 5 kms the schools have cbse or icse format and fees structure. Very few English medium schools are there which are affiliated to state board. This doesn't affect the mobility of jobs so naturally all prefer other boards.
