Episode begins with AbhiMaan walking out if the IVF centre , after failed IVF cycle , Ab gets very upset seeing other ladies with their babies . Ab gets very upset and runs back to the go toe n pleads n begs thy she will be the best mother n Ar will be the best father, she is a pious and good person , she deserves the happiness of having a baby , she pleads the doc that she will not give up and will keep trying to have their own little one t9 comp,etc their family .
Doc suggests they could try IVF surrogacy . They could get their relative to carry their baby , who will be genetically theirs . Shivani is concerned as she sees AbhiMaan reach home , she understands and goes to mandir to offer prayers for them .
Ar supports and comforts Ab as they sit together in depressed mode . Both shed tears .
At Poddar mansion, Vi gets sixth sense that Ar is in trouble , she hesitates as she decides to see Ar . She reaches outside Poddar mnsion and meets Shivani, who is there with Pooja thaali . Vi asks Shivani bout Ar n before Shi can reply Kaveri arrives and shouts at Vi for encouraging Shivani, she accuses Shi of using Ar to gain entry into Poddar family . Shi walks away from there n Vi confronts Kv for causing rift between Vi and Ar .
At chawl , in the morning , AbhiMaan feel depressed over not having a child . Ab prepares breakfast and Ar packs a gift for Daksh , Ab prepares two cakes for Daksh and BSP’s birthday . They send the gift n cake to Poddar mansion by courier .
At Poddar mansion RoRu are making decorations and arrangements for Daksh’s first birthday celebrations. Ar wants to keep the family out as they are always fighting . Ru feels bad for AbhiMaan . Ru feels Ab is going thru bad luck . AbhiMaan have only each other n nothing else . Ro feels bhiya bhaabhi too should have a child . Ro has forgotten to order BD cake n Ru gets angry . Soon the courier arrives with gift n cake. They are pleasantly surprised as AbhiMaan send gift for Daksh . Ro Ru get emotional as they realise Ab had prepared the cake n Ar bhaiya had gift wrapped n labelled them.
AbhiMaan are very upset as they cut BSP’s birthday cake . Soon they hear baby’s crying . They rush out to find RoRu with Daksh who is crying . He stops seeing AbhiMaan. Ru states they send gifts n cake but never wished the baby , that’s why he is crying . Ro asks them to hold the baby n hug him n pull his cheeks n greet him. AbhiMaan shower the baby with affection.
