This I will answer . Because I m very clear in this

For next 48 hours only 3 per head rules . After 48 hours one person can do tasks as much as they want . . Incase if anyone disappeared in this 48 hrs you can do their tasks too after that

No it's not a conversation, your friend is not speaking ...only you are. You have to make it interesting and appealing enough for someone who knows nothing about what Holi so they are convinced to come and play with you. But also remember that you are drunk on bhang - so how convincing and logical can you really be?
