Chori Chori conception happened naturally ..technically Salman’s character had an ONS with a hooker, picked up by the couple to be the surrogate, with his wife’s blessings ..I don’t think they’ll show that here ..but yeah, she falls in love with Salman but eventually leaves after handing the baby over ..guess they’ll try some drama around that
