precisely this. Of course they can do a surrogacy track for drama purposes, but i do not think that they will in rishta. this show has a pretty standard template of the FL's first child not surviving, after which she has two babies. Plus Naira also went for fertility treatments, so i feel this would be some sort of a parallel to that.
