I honestly thought CID will be boring this time but I was wrong. They managed to use the current news, hype and trend and make episodes revolving those. I watched the last 3 episodes and quite liked the episodes so far. Sadly the trp isnt coming as much as it used to. I am curious about the Abhijeet twist like him getting flashbacks of his past

That's true... They won't show exactly 100%. After all, the production house will have its own creative team to proofread and edit the episode script.

Plus there are times when scenes are shot but not telecast at the end; I saw it happening with a few other shows.

Also Sachin itni saal narcotics ke sath kaam kar raha tha na...how come he doesn't know abt Mona Lisa?

Well, if we go by their logic then... Pehle in logon ko jali hui ghaas dikhi but they thought it was normal grass and not any drug plant because one, they didn't know drugs were being grown there and two, the girl didn't tell them the name 'Mona Lisa' at that time. The team was in dark about the Mona Lisa. Akshita ne baad mein Dr. Salunkhe ko bataya and he found out the burnt remains of that drug and told the team about it. So, is logic se, it's normal he didn't know Mona Lisa was being grown in that forest.

And agar seedhi bhasha mein kahein toh... ITV mein logic nahi dhoondhte. Warna normal Indian family mein koi chhota kisi bade par haath uthane ki ya dhakka dene ki himmat karta hai kya? Gharwale kaan ke neeche kheench ke kantap nahi jadenge kya?

Yes u r right. Some scenes which are shot aren't shown.

Remember that promo scene few weeks ago? Purvi was telling Shreya: "Tumhare papa ko Kuch nhi hoga". Wo scene to abhi tak kisi episode mein nhi aaya i think 🤔 🤔

Btw. Salunkhe Sahab's Bhateeji character once appeared in Classic Era also.

In 2001 or 02 probably. That bhateeji was a social worker i think. And she was in her 30s.

Looks like it’s cheaper to shoot in jungles hence so many episodes which are jungle based

also easier to shoot without having the crew being crowded by ppl when shooting in cities

Ye Dr. Salunkhe ka ghar to filmstars ke gharon ko bhi sharma de smiley37 Seriously, what a plush and beautiful house ! smiley4 Can he adopt me ?

Akshita thodi annoying and entitled to hai, but then that's just your average Gen Z. They're all like this only. smiley36

Barasingha ka vfx kafi realistic thi and the arty side of me loved the Barasingha idol too . I think the story is inspired by Wendigo which is ofcourse not a native folklore to India , just like Werewolf and Western vampire.

Very less Daya and almost no Abhijeet. But tbh , I loved a Salunkhe focused episode.

This season is doing a fantastic job of giving us different episodes focused on different team members , jab ki previous season for the last 10 years were completely focused on the core trio .

Episode boring to nehi lagi , 50 minutes ki episode bina break liye dekh li .

Let me be Devil's advocate here for a second. I think we're not thinking the scenario from Akshita's pov. Her whole life her whole future is at stake and for what ? Something that she didn't even do. Her only mistake was getting down from the car to check if he was alive or not. If she didn't do that and just ran off with her car , those incriminating evidences wouldn't be found and the kid wouldn't think he saw her committing a murder . Fir to khas kuch evidence nehi bachti. Only driving a black car wouldn't be enough for circumstantial evidence . She could easily get off by saying she was just passing through .

Also, baat real life ki ho rahi hai to , police na hi CID ki tarha imandar hota hai nahi efficient. After finding so many incriminating evidences against her , they'd simply charge her for murder and close the case . Now, that's why she was so afraid of going to the cops because she also knew that police would just harass her without doing any deep investigation , to close the case in haste . Yehi hai police ki lekar public ki impression and for good reason . That local kid ran to the forest that is believed by the local folk to be haunted and sacred both and therefore completely off the bounds , yet he was so scared of police for a piece of shoe that he ran there without hesitation.

It is easy to judge a person from afar but we all would've done the exactly same thing as Akshita did if we were in the same situation.

My only issue with her was she's selfish like hell that poor uncle of her was helping her twice and she didn't even think twice before attacking him but this generation has become self centred to a point. baki she was fine

The episode was really good—I enjoyed it a lot! Narendra Sir is undoubtedly an incredible actor, and this episode once again proved his brilliance. His acting was both outstanding and realistic. What I really appreciate about the CID member-centric episodes in this season is that they don’t follow the typical "CID member ko phasao" formula like in previous seasons. This time, the approach feels more unique and refreshing, which I’m really enjoying. Akshita’s character was so selfish—just to save herself, she put her uncle’s reputation at stake! But I must say, she delivered a good performance as well. The side actors in this season are also doing a commendable job!
