I love my signature wala. Think oye_n had made it. I like slim ones n signatures. So that it doesn't cover the entire page.

Do it lying down in your bed. Check videos in youtube . Or else I will give you a gentle one. Which I do in early morning when I don feel like doing strength training or walking
