That's because they "are" aged now

Hrishikesh Pandey is 50 years old now and he was 41 when he left the show, so its natural. Same with Daya; he was in his late 40's when the show went off air and now he's in his mid-50s.
Aare Bhai i know they're aged i am not comparing them to their six yr back ka look but to their recent looks
I completely agree with everything you said. Tbh, I found yesterday's episode a bit boring. As such nothing wrong with it, just a bit boring because there wasn't much thrill to it. Infact, it felt pretty similar to haunted house. Same hallucinogen affecting human mind, same forest set up.
I only meant that if the writing is really good and each time different set up different mo then I'm fine with supernatural topics. But it has to be unique .
Also, I want some real gang type crime. Our country has so many different type of gangs and I need some tracks with many episodes format. Like Bahurupiya . Enough of episodics . Also, more interactions between team members and by interaction, I don't mean Pankaj ke failed jokes. I mean character building .
Exactly my point!!!
Yesterday's episode was simply the usual... Using drugs to drive someone crazy for a specific time and spinning a tale of the person being possessed by a demon. It wasn't something new.
If the writing is good then obviously no one will have issues with repeated supernatural cases... Though I still prefer gaps between such cases.
Everyone wants real gang crimes... There are several cases they can show; murder, trafficking, robbery, smuggling and so on. And of course, a series of episodes will also be good.
They even have an opportunity for the eye gang series if they can handle it properly.
And again, I agree... We do need more interactions between the team members. Like we used to have diwali/holi celebrations, team dinners and such.
This seemed like a rinse and repeat of last week's episode where Dr. Salunkhe inhaled that drug and thought Gargi was some animal or whatever. Here they made Pankaj think he was the gilhari rakshas. Nothing new.
Though using the drug to make Sachin's entry was nice. I guess it was supposed to be an episode dedicated to Sachin's return, but either in writing or editing, that entry didn't happen until halfway into the episode.
Pankaj going from attack mode to funny mode again though was a gem of a moment. The way he goes jaani pehchani lag rahi hai and then rolls to hug Sachin even in his tied up stage was so funny.
A heartwarming scene was also the way Daya, Abhijeet, and Purvi went searching for Jay and then when they found him, they all gave him so much love. It was a nice break from the usual investigation and darkness.
Seriously though, they wanted to kill a dog? That was the big plan? And these people have been running a drug racket for years.
Overall verdict: 2.5 out of 5. The episode had its moments and it was nice to see Sachin back, but overall it's kind of a repeat of previous episodes.

I understand what you mean. I feel like the issue is that they are trying too hard to give the officers the same look as 6 years back and it's making them look older than need be. It would just be nice for them to just ignore the 6 year gap and make it seem like they've always been working cases in these past 6 years. Heck, bring in a deadly villain from this 6 year span who we kind of get to learn about through flashbacks.

I think they are ignoring the gap as they are solving cases like they used to and it’s pretty evident that they’ve been solving cases for six years. I think it would be interesting to see a flashback episode which narrates a story from …let’s just say 2019 and they switch back to present to reveal that an old criminal has returned. (U know it’s a very random idea but they have the opportunity to do something fun with the 6 year gap).

Definitely! They have so much they could do with that 6 year gap. I mean I'm envisioning a really good and twisted series with some revenge, a gang, etc. There's so much they could play with.
