I don't like forced marriage and bride swapping. Specially bride swapping is so cliche. They showed it in Kasam Se which was a very old show. And it's 2025! So, it's high time to stop showing those old, cliche tropes. And they show bigamy in almost every TV show. That's absolutely irritating!

I mean he talks to girls and women every day in hospital. Still he feels nervous to talk to girls who are not his patients. That seems strange.

Hmm, true. Neil-type of character is cool for a change for heart, but not for trp, trp aunties ain’t buying that. They’re hardwired for their toxic MLs—who slap FL, pin her to the wall, twist her hand, call her characterless a hundred times, break her bangles, and force himself on her. Then sleep with his ex-gf or ex-wife while fl watch nd cry. Stands there like a brick while his family tortures fl, then kicks her out like it’s a weekly ritual. And trp aunties love fl fighting back while still orbiting around the same garbage ML. Peak entertainment for them.

Teju is a certified nibbi, and Neil needs to stop being soft and start asserting dominance. At least try. They know how trp works, so why are they moving like headless chickens? And let’s be real, they don’t have Sai’s daughter, Savi, who audience knows since 2021 nd that character alone save Ph a** while they were copy in leap 2.5. No emotional connection here—viewers can just flip the channel and never look back.

They have no real connection with Teju, nor do they see her grow the way they did with Choti Savi. She isn’t related to Sairat, and viewers aren’t emotionally invested in her journey like they were with Savi—watching her struggle, fulfill Sai’s dreams, and embody her spirit (which, to be fair, became questionable after the 2.5-year leap).

There’s a clear difference here. Who is Teju, really? A nibbi with no ties to the older generation, offering nothing for long-time viewers to feel connected to.I do agree that for TRP, the ML and FL should have the power to engage the audience and create an emotional pull. But if strong chemistry alone were enough, then why do so many non-legacy shows still fail? If that was the only factor, some of these shows be wrapping up within just 15 day ? Make it make sense ? 😞🫠

Neil I know it was love at first sight for him but he won't tolerate being manipulated or disrespected. I can't wait now for the marriage.

Laxmi shouting is annoying now, cause it has no effect

I also like Neil's character very much. But he should say that he loves someone else. There's no point in going to see Juhi.

Bold@ It's sad that the TRP viewers like this type of male leads.

Yeah, it’s true. Trp audience actually loves this kinda stuff. Like, kalesh is fine but what they really love is a toxic ml who does the absolute worst—and that’s exactly why itv is stuck in an endless loop of the same regressive nonsense. Sony at least tries to bring fresh concepts, but those shows fresh concepts get axed because, surprise surprise, nobody tunes in. Honestly, I don’t blame the makers. What can they do? Even if Shahi brings a fresh concept, it’ll flop because the audience just won’t watch it. That’s exactly why no one takes the risk—at the end of the day, they need to make money too.

And online fans? As long as the FL loves the ML, they’ll defend him like their life depends on it. "But look! Our jodi has the hottest chemistry! Look how he pinned her to the wall, twisted her wrist—SO HOT!" Meanwhile, he’s called her characterless a hundred times, but that part? Silence. What truly baffles me is the aunties. Like… aren’t they tired of their own mundane lives? And yet, they willingly sign up for the same toxic ml template on TV every single time. Rinse, repeat, and somehow, they never get bored. And fls? No matter how well they introduce their character in the beginning, they will ruin her eventually. Take Udne Ki Asha, for example—I saw people on Reddit complaining about how she started off strong, teaching the ml right from wrong, always standing up for herself. But now? She’s been reduced to a complete doormat—illogical, frustrating, and barely recognizable from who she was at the start.

It’s the same pattern every time. They introduce a strong, independent fl, only to strip her of all agency the moment the ml enters the picture. By the end, she’s willing tolerating his worst behavior still bleed her heart for him. 🥺🥺
