Why did Nimmi vanish for couple weeks when Amu-Abir pre-wedding function tamasha's were happening in her family? and then why did she reappear out of blue in hospital office room for just 1-2 episodes during Amu-Harsha confrontation? then why did she again disappear in penthouse when Bhavani returned??

Depends on who is taking the poll. A poll on X... the fans will vote. In that sense yeah popular ... among the fans. [For some reason had visited # of BL on X the past week. There are hardly any fan posts there... unless the fans are using some other ht.] Cant take the polls seriously.

Had already mentioned to you to not do it. Makes your intent look suspicious. I have no issues interacting with you if you don't repeat this. We have interacted with you in the past and our interactions have been fine. But deactivating and coming back with different ID again doesn't sit well. You've already done so around 7 times! It also has the effect of us being suspicious of any new user who may want to interact here. STOP DOING THIS!

Yeah. Fully possible, since Nimmi can't give them an heir. But this Maanvi's pregnancy can be fake also. You never know, or she may be having another man's kid as well, which she is trying to pass off as Viru's.. kuch bhi ho sakta hain.

Babs herself brought X back in Virat's life to remove Ammu. So cvs can show anything. When Harsh has been made negative, I wouldn't put it past them to show Babs negative again.
