How is this shocking? Didn't Vihaan already more or less admit this the first time he proposed to Jhanak in Gujarat?

Ani agar matchmaker play kar raha hota toh Jhanak would have turned to give him a dirty look.....looks more like Vihaan is asking him something and Ani thoda awkward hoke answer de raha hai.....honestly when everyone already knows Runak love each other toh is waqt kisi ke kuch shock hone ko kuch bacha nahin
